Dan Sholl is the founder and owner of Content Squared. He brings 25 years of B2B industry experience to his role, including product, marketing and communications management. He holds a BA in English from Lawrence University and an MS from Northwestern University’s School of Integrated Marketing Communications. He also holds the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) accreditation.
Dan specializes in new product and brand introductions, Oracle and SAP deployment communications, organizational communications and channel promotion. He has worked at Kohler Company, Marvin Windows & Doors, Eaton Hydraulics, Eaton Cutler-Hammer and Cummins Power Generation. Key clients include Horton Worldwide, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Alliance Laundry Systems (Speed Queen & Huebsch) and Nilfisk-Advance.
Highlights in his career include the launch of Kohler’s Coralais Faucet line, designed to unseat Delta Corporation’s hold on the single-control faucet category; Marvin Windows & Doors entry into the replacement window market with its Integrity product line; the launch of Cutler-Hammer’s InsulGard product line designed to forewarn utilities of forced outages; Cummins’ National Treasure Campaign which supported its entry into residential standby power generation; and the launch of Horton’s value fan clutch line, Klondike by Horton.
