Cooling systems are critical in keeping heavy-duty trucks and off-road equipment running efficiently. I’ve worked with Horton, a leading manufacturer of one-speed, two-speed, and variable-speed fan clutches, to communicate the value of these precision components for semis, cement mixers, garbage trucks, and other large diesel-powered vehicles. My approach translates highly technical performance details into clear messaging that highlights durability, efficiency, and reliability for both fleet managers and OEMs. Some examples written, designed and produced by Content Squared follow:

Horton Worldwide

A long-term collaboration with Horton honed my marketing and creative skills in the commercial vehicle and heavy equipment segments. Horton is the global leader in premium engine-cooling solutions for heavy-duty trucks, off-highway equipment, buses, and industrial applications. Over the years, I’ve written and developed an extensive range of marketing communications to support both OEM programs and aftermarket sales. My work has included complete website copy (partnering with an outside vendor for design), detailed product spec sheets and application guides, product brochures, marketing sheets, and case histories that highlight customer success. I also created trade show signage, posters, point-of-purchase displays, counter mats, and trade promotions that kept Horton top of mind with distributors and fleet managers. In addition, I wrote video scripts, white papers, press releases, and coordinated press events to build brand awareness. From new brand launches to consistent brand guidelines, my writing has helped Horton communicate innovation, reliability, and fuel-efficiency benefits — delivering content that connects with engineers, OEM decision-makers, and aftermarket customers alike.
